Job Requirements
- Valid California Driver's License with excellent driving record
- Minimum 2 years of valet and/or parking industry or 2 years cashiering/customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to operate vehicles in tight spaces quickly and efficiently
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Demonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously under stress
- Exceptional attendance and punctuality
- Adherence to organizational policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in valet, parking industry, cashiering, or customer service
- Valid California Driver's License with excellent driving record and no restrictions except for corrective lenses
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Ability to operate manual, automatic, and electric vehicles in tight parking spaces
- Demonstrated professionalism and strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Perform valet parking services efficiently and safely
- Act as a customer service ambassador providing courteous assistance
- Operate cashiering duties handling transactions accurately
- Patrol parking garages as a rover to monitor activity
- Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic to ensure safety
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures
- Serve as an ambassador for transportation programs and services
