Job Requirements
- A limited amount of custodial or customer service experience
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Ability to work independently during evening and weekend hours
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to withstand adverse weather conditions
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
- Physical ability to climb, bend, reach and turn
Job Qualifications
- A limited amount of custodial or customer service experience
- Knowledge of basic custodial methods and procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly during off-hours
- Ability to understand and follow simple, oral and written instructions
- Ability to withstand a variety of temperatures and adverse weather conditions
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the public, and to deal with the public in a courteous and tactful manner
- Ability to lift 30 pounds

Job Duties
- Removes any paper, glass or other debris in the parking ramps
- Uses brooms, mops or similar equipment to clean parking ramp floors
- Cleans the lobbies, stairways, elevators and other high-traffic areas
- Washes the interior and exterior windows of the parking ramps
- Provides customer assistance to parking guests at ramp entrances and exits, including navigation help as needed
- Cashiers and collects funds during special events
- Monitors facilities and reports damage or prohibited activities such as vandalism to parking staff or local authorities
- Maintains regular punctual and predictable attendance, works overtime and extra hours as required
- Works independently during daytime weekend hours
