Job Requirements
- Parking management experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Must be detail-oriented and extremely well organized
- Valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving experience
- No major violations in past 7 years such as DUI or reckless driving
- No more than two minor violations in past year such as speeding or accidents
- No license suspensions within last 3 years
Job Qualifications
- Experience in parking management preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to analyze data to develop insights
- Capable of maintaining composure in emergency situations
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
Job Duties
- Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships
- Complete weekly financial reports and monthly projections
- Maintain parking software and billing systems
- Oversee access and revenue control hardware and software
- Direct projects related to physical operation of parking garages and surface lots
- Develop and execute marketing and operating strategies
- Manage parking personnel including recruiting and training
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Manage tenant parking agreements and lease compliance
- Lead special event planning and execution
- Promote company and participate in market research and business development
