Job Requirements

High school diploma preferred
Previous experience working in a related function in a hotel required
Valid drivers license is required

Job Duties

Interview select train schedule coach and support associates ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values
Coordinate parking logistics ensuring efficient flow of vehicles and minimizing wait times
Ensure the parking area is clean well-maintained and organized at all times
Monitor parking occupancy and adjust staffing levels as necessary to meet demand
Enforce hotel parking policies and ensure compliance with local regulations
Implement safety protocols for vehicle storage and handling ensuring the safety of guests vehicles
Load and unload luggage carts
Tag and store luggage
Escort guests to hotel rooms
Provide an overview of guest room hotel services and amenities
Make deliveries to guest rooms
Maintain list brochures of local attractions transportation guides churches sports arenas etc
Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction
Practice safe work habits wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
Ensure overall guest satisfaction
Perform other duties as requested by management
