Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work part-time seasonally from April through October
- Well-groomed appearance
- Ability to handle cash transactions
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One-year previous guest service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to express oneself professionally and clearly
- Commitment to providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions
- Basic math skills for calculating parking fees
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service to all guests entering parking lots
- Calculate parking charges and collect fees from guests
- Direct motorists to parking areas or parking spaces using hand signals, flags, or flashlights as necessary
- Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized
- Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts
- Lift, position, and remove barricades and signage to open or close parking areas
- Inspect vehicles to detect any damage
- Show care by participating in the venue’s sustainability program including sorting waste and collecting recycling
- Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue by collecting recyclables and storing event equipment
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor
