Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in parking or security roles preferred
- must have reliable transportation
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capacity to work nights, weekends, and variable hours
- physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to handle cash responsibly
- excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior parking experience strongly preferred
- customer service and cash handling abilities are a must
- must be polite, friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills as this position has extensive guest and employee contact
- ability to multi-task
- must have reliable transportation
- the ability to work various hours as needed including nights and weekends
- the physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances
- ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and weather conditions

Job Duties
- Controlling/monitoring entry to the guests’ and employees’ parking lots
- provide all guests a positive first impression by offering world class service
- monitoring parking lots for safety and security of guests and employees and vehicles
- provide guests with directions and other venue information
- direct guests and employees to available parking spaces
- ability to maximize amount of vehicles per lot
- respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
- cash handling-collect cash and/or coupons and maintain security of cash
- maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts
