Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior parking or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work various hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to operate basic cash handling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Visual acuity to monitor surroundings

- Prior parking experience strongly preferred
- Customer service and cash handling abilities are a must
- Must be polite, friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills as this position has extensive guest and employee contact
- Ability to multi-task

Job Duties
- Controlling/monitoring entry to the guests' and employees' parking lots
- Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering world class service
- Monitoring parking lots for safety and security of guests and employees and vehicles
- Provide guests with directions and other venue information
- Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces
- Ability to maximize amount of vehicles per lot
- Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
- Cash handling-collect cash and/or coupons and maintain security of cash
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts
