Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- ability to work flexible schedule including long hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English
- comfortable working with the public
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and direct customers entering parking lots
- communicate parking and event information to the public
- sell and take parking tickets
- count back correct change as needed
- use mobile device to take credit and debit card payments on site
- park cars quickly and efficiently
- monitor lot during events and immediately contact supervisor as issues arise
- provide positive and friendly experience to all customers
- set up signs, parking cones, and stations prior to each event
- identify and problem solve parking issues
- provide excellent customer service assistance to internal and external clients
- report to parking supervisor for other duties as assigned
