Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • ability to work flexible schedule including long hours, nights, weekends and holidays
  • ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English
  • comfortable working with the public
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet and direct customers entering parking lots
  • communicate parking and event information to the public
  • sell and take parking tickets
  • count back correct change as needed
  • use mobile device to take credit and debit card payments on site
  • park cars quickly and efficiently
  • monitor lot during events and immediately contact supervisor as issues arise
  • provide positive and friendly experience to all customers
  • set up signs, parking cones, and stations prior to each event
  • identify and problem solve parking issues
  • provide excellent customer service assistance to internal and external clients
  • report to parking supervisor for other duties as assigned
