Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • valid driver’s license with no moving violations or traffic citations in past 5 years
  • ability to walk constantly and occasionally sit
  • ability to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service
  • must present well-groomed appearance
  • must have previous guest service experience preferred
  • capable of working part-time seasonal hours

Job Qualifications

  • One-year previous guest service experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • professional, clear, and concise verbal expression
  • well-groomed appearance
  • previous valet parking or driver experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license with clean record
  • high school diploma or GED preferred

Job Duties

  • Take numbered tags from guests
  • locate vehicles
  • deliver vehicles or provide instructions for locating vehicles
  • keep parking areas clean and orderly
  • direct motorists to parking spaces using hand signals or flashlights
  • patrol parking areas to prevent damage or theft
  • park and retrieve automobiles
  • greet guests and open car doors
  • calculate parking charges and collect fees
  • issue ticket stubs or place tags on windshields
  • lift and position barricades
  • inspect vehicles for damage
  • participate in venue's sustainability program
  • partner with band members to close venue including collecting recyclables and storing equipment
  • perform other tasks assigned by Parking Manager or Supervisor
