Job Requirements
- ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- capable of lifting up to 20 lbs if needed
- valid Texas driver's license and proof of insurance
- ability to obtain base access credentials and pass background checks
- U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work on military installations
- must adhere to all Department of Defense (DoD) and installation security protocols
- must have a Real ID
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in security, parking operations, or facility access control preferred
- military or government facility experience is a plus
- strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally with personnel and visitors
- basic computer skills for logging entries and maintaining records
Job Duties
- operate daily activity in a parking lot and check vehicles in and out of lot
- move and/or park vehicles as required
- control authorized entry and use of motor pool
- refer parking related problems to appropriate authorities for administrative action
- perform daily security checks of motor pool and parking lot areas
