Job Requirements
- Hold a valid driver's license credentialed from the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Possess a high school diploma equivalency or one year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
- Ability to enforce compliance with state regulations and facility safety procedures
- Capacity to provide excellent customer service and respond to visitor inquiries promptly
- Ability to maintain vehicular and pedestrian traffic control in parking areas
- Willingness to work day shifts on a PRN basis
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma equivalency or one year of applicable job-specific experience
- Licensed driver with credential from Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles
- Ability to operate transport vehicles safely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide parking, valet, and directional assistance to visitors, including operating transport vehicles as needed
- Maintain vehicular and pedestrian traffic control in and around parking areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Enforce compliance with state regulations and facility safety procedures
- Assist with special event parking coordination
- Deliver service excellence by collecting fees, managing garage exits, and responding promptly to visitor inquiries
