Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in retail or customer service preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and using snow removal equipment
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- positive attitude and team spirit
Job Qualifications
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- excellent listening and communication skills
- physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling products or equipment
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the interior
- coordinate and collect trash in parking lot, lawn, and inside store
- safely use snow removal equipment to clear snow
- handle perishable and salvage returns
- perform basic store and restroom cleaning
- assist at service desk, store entrance, checkout lanes, and parking lot areas
- collaborate with departments including Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral
- perform other duties as assigned or required
