Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license credentialed from the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles obtained prior to hire date
- high school diploma equivalency or one year of applicable job specific experience
- ability to comply with state regulations and safety procedures
- capability to drive transport vehicles as required
- ability to work full time during day shifts
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- physical ability to manage duties involving standing and walking for extended periods

Job Duties
- Render parking and directional assistance
- ensure compliance with state regulations and safety procedures within the facility
- provide valet parking and transportation services to visitors
- assist with special events parking arrangements
- ensure service excellence for all internal and external customers
- maintain vehicular and pedestrian traffic control in and around hospital parking areas
- collect fees, answer questions, control exit to assigned parking garage
