Job Requirements
- High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of job specific experience
- Valid Illinois driver’s license prior to hire date
- Ability to comply with state safety and parking regulations
- Ability to work full-time day shifts
- Good physical condition for handling parking duties
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience
- Valid driver’s license credentialed from Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of parking and traffic safety standards
- Good communication skills
- Ability to operate transport vehicles safely
Job Duties
- Provide parking and directional assistance to visitors
- Drive transport vehicles as required
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and safety procedures
- Provide valet parking and transportation services
- Assist with special events parking arrangements
- Maintain vehicular and pedestrian traffic control in hospital parking areas
- Collect fees and answer questions at parking exit
