Job Requirements
- Drivers license credentialed from the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- high school diploma equivalency or one year of applicable cumulative job specific experience
- ability to comply with state regulations
- willingness to work day shifts on a PRN schedule
- reliable transportation to work
- ability to perform the physical duties required

Job Duties
- Provide parking and directional assistance to visitors
- ensure compliance with state regulations and safety procedures within the facility
- provide valet parking and transportation services to visitors when required
- assist with special events parking arrangements
- ensure service excellence for all internal and external customers
- maintain vehicular and pedestrian traffic control in and around hospital parking areas
- collect fees, answer questions, and control exit to assigned parking garage
