Job Requirements
- Ability to maintain a neat, clean & professional appearance
- Ability to be courteous yet firm with the public

- Electronic and computer proficiency
- Ability to lift 25lbs up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for up to 5+ hours during a game
- Ability to work long hours, weekends & holidays
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including rain and heat
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public
- Basic computer and electronic proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Prevent vehicles from parking without proper authorizations
- Answer questions from the public pertaining to proper use of the parking facility
- Preserve and maintain order in designated parking lots
- Accept digital payment
- Keep daily balance sheet of parking passes sold
- Answer questions from patrons concerning parking privileges
- Observe and report conditions that might be dangerous to the public
- Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized
- May assist in making emergency repairs when conditions warrant them (i.e., change tire, jump start car, etc.)
