Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of basic general cleaning
- Ability to read and write Standard English
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues
- Ability to work weekends day shift
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training without a diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic general cleaning
- Ability to read and write Standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence
- Effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
Job Duties
- Cleanliness check each shift of all guest entrances and elevator landings including emptying ash urns and trash receptacles
- Use mop or power washer to eliminate stains in common areas and wipe signage and wayfinding materials
- Maintain general cleaning around and between vehicles including debris removal and stain elimination on pillars and columns
- Wipe signage and equipment at vehicular entrances and exits including gates and card readers
- Empty guest key receptacles and perform power washing of entrances and exits as needed
- Assist guests with directions, inquiries, and provide information about surrounding areas
- Protect guest confidentiality and maintain security of customer financial and identifying information
