Job Requirements
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by Kravis Center event schedule
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- physical mobility to navigate stairs, crouch, reach, climb, kneel, stoop, stand, and sit for varying durations
- ability to work outdoors for extended periods in diverse weather conditions including high heat, humidity, rain, and cold
- frequent and prolonged periods of standing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff and guests
- proficient in using app-based mobile technology on both Apple and Android devices
- previous customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Assist with the implementation and day-to-day operation of the ParkMobile app-based paid parking system
- assist patrons in using the ParkMobile app, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed
- ensure a positive patron experience by offering courteous, informed assistance and ensuring adherence to current ADA standards
- promote and enforce safety procedures while helping to maintain a clean and secure parking facility
- respond to emergencies or incidents in the parking garage and coordinate with Security personnel when necessary
- perform additional duties as assigned
