Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
possess valid U.S. Driver's License
have three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent education
ability to operate two-way radios
ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
capable of working in cold and wet conditions
willing to work weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Qualifications

Three to six months related experience and/or training
valid U.S. Driver's License in good standing
working knowledge of timekeeping systems, word processing, spreadsheets, internet navigation and email
ability to operate two-way radios
ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
must be 21 years of age or older

Job Duties

Maintain parking facilities
ensure signage is maintained and in good repair
keep parking lots clean and well maintained
manage parking cones and stanchions appropriately
communicate regularly with snow removal team
assist hospitality in valet program success
maximize parking spaces during all conditions and times
develop schedules based on season, weather, and events
work with Parking Ambassadors to improve skills and training
track and report parking levels daily
administer carpooling incentive programs
enforce No Idling Policy
communicate escalated issues to Parking Supervisor and Safety Department
report employee injuries and near misses
perform other assigned duties
