Job Requirements

Must have three to six months related experience and/or training
must possess working knowledge of timekeeping systems, word processing, spreadsheets, internet navigation, and electronic mail
must be able to operate 2-way radios
must have valid U.S. driver's license in good standing
must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
must be 21 years of age or older

Job Qualifications

Three to six months related experience and/or training

Job Duties

Maintain parking facilities
ensure proper signage and upkeep
keep parking lots clean and well maintained
manage parking cones and stanchions
communicate with snow removal team
assist valet program success
maximize parking space usage
develop schedules for seasonal and event demands
work with Parking Ambassadors on training and coaching
track and report parking levels
administer carpooling incentive programs
enforce No Idling Policy
communicate escalated issues to supervisors and safety department
report employee injuries and near misses
perform other assigned duties
