Job Requirements

  • Associates or four-year college degree a plus
  • minimum 2 years of operations management or supervisor experience in hospitality industry
  • experience in guest or customer service
  • working knowledge of parking and transportation software a plus
  • valid in-state driver's license with clean driving record
  • must be self-motivated
  • ability to work weekends, holidays and night shifts
  • ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • must have driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • able to lift or move up to 25 pounds
  • able to walk and travel across property
  • proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • excellent communication skills
  • must have above average time management
  • expert problem-solving skills
  • high level of integrity
  • able to handle stressful situations professionally

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide training and mentoring to junior staff members
  • give critical feedback to junior staff in a professional manner
  • develop supervisors and team members to promote engagement
  • assist with parking operations during peak times and holidays
  • carry out disciplinary actions as authorized
  • oversee team member audits and ensure policy compliance
  • encourage team member development and participate in employee interviews
  • lead teams through visioning and strategy development
  • give clear and concise direction to experienced staff
  • offer consistent and timely feedback to staff
  • communicate clearly and positively with guests
  • develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction via meetings
  • ensure timely investigation of guest and employee concerns
  • recognize and escalate bona-fide leads to management and HR
  • hire, train, and develop parking staff including attendants, cashiers, maintenance, and supervisors
  • create and maintain staffing schedules
  • set work expectations and leadership standards
  • coordinate parking and transportation activities with other departments
  • implement programs to improve guest and employee satisfaction
  • attend meetings with property management to align expectations
  • assist in managing operating budgets including labor and non-labor costs
  • support community involvement and property management initiatives related to parking operations
  • plan and execute customer service initiatives and game plans
  • submit various reports including incident, deposit, usage, and operating statements
  • ensure accuracy in payroll submissions with a focus on labor cost control
  • supervise internal and external audits
