Job Requirements

  • part-time availability with flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand and be active during events
  • basic technical skills to operate and troubleshoot handheld scanners
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • customer-focused mindset
  • fluency in English
  • willingness to work in fast-paced event environments
  • adherence to stadium policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • availability to work a minimum of 80% of all stadium events including weeknights, weekends, and holidays
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • attention to detail and adaptability
  • ability to anticipate needs and assess situations accurately
  • prior IT experience preferred
  • fluency in English required, Spanish beneficial

Job Duties

  • greet and assist staff proactively at all points of contact
  • exhibit a professional appearance at all times
  • maintain knowledge of parking operations and stadium policies
  • communicate effectively with employees
  • check functionality of handheld devices before distribution
  • distribute materials and document handed out devices
  • identify and resolve basic handheld device technical issues
  • monitor device status and report issues to management
  • assist with scanning parking passes if necessary
  • collect distributed materials and complete equipment inventory post-shift
