Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience preferred
- Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor mandatory
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than three moving violations in three years)
- Pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and payment devices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Willing and helpful demeanor mandatory
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Deliver friendly, professional service while assisting guests and resolving concerns promptly and respectfully
- Accurately process all forms of payment, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and follow cash handling procedures
- Keep the cashier booth or station clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies
- Ensure a safe and secure environment by following all safety protocols and reporting suspicious activity
- Work closely with valet staff and leadership to support smooth operations and assist during busy periods
- Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold standards for safe and efficient parking operations
- Complete other assigned tasks, attend required meetings and training, and maintain schedule flexibility
