Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
- Pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexible with scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrate proficiency with POS and payment processing systems
- Exhibit a professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Customer service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor is mandatory
- Basic proficiency with POS systems, mobile payment devices, and validation tools
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service through professional communication and active listening
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Deliver friendly, professional service while assisting guests and resolving concerns promptly and respectfully
- Accurately process all forms of payment, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and follow cash handling procedures
- Keep the cashier booth or station clean, organized, and well-stocked with change, receipts, and signage
- Ensure a safe and secure environment by following safety protocols, staying alert, and reporting suspicious activity
- Work closely with valet staff and leadership to support smooth operations and assist during busy periods
- Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies, and uphold operational standards
- Complete additional tasks as assigned, attend required meetings and training, and maintain schedule flexibility
