Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- No experience required, on-the-job training provided
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekday/weekend nights and weekend mornings
- Basic understanding of cash handling and electronic transactions
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety regulations and company procedures

Job Duties
- Approach and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Use respectful communication to assist guests with questions, problems, and concerns
- Relay customer concerns and information to shift lead or Operations Manager as necessary
- Provide quick and responsive customer service
- Follow all company procedures and comply with safety regulations
- Issue and collect visitor parking tickets
- Match visitor tickets to parking rate schedule and collect proper payment
- Complete lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located
- Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges accurately
- Perform revenue drops according to location procedures
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
- Answer telephone promptly and courteously when required
- Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately
- Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates at all times
