Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
  • No experience required, on-the-job training provided
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekday/weekend nights and weekend mornings
  • Basic understanding of cash handling and electronic transactions
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to follow safety regulations and company procedures

Job Duties

  • Approach and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Use respectful communication to assist guests with questions, problems, and concerns
  • Relay customer concerns and information to shift lead or Operations Manager as necessary
  • Provide quick and responsive customer service
  • Follow all company procedures and comply with safety regulations
  • Issue and collect visitor parking tickets
  • Match visitor tickets to parking rate schedule and collect proper payment
  • Complete lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located
  • Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges accurately
  • Perform revenue drops according to location procedures
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
  • Answer telephone promptly and courteously when required
  • Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately
  • Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates at all times
