Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • able to work Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • no formal education required
  • no prior experience required
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • basic math skills
  • ability to maintain accuracy in cash handling
  • focused on customer service
  • physical ability to stand and work for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • No high school diploma GED or college degree required
  • no experience required on-the-job training provided
  • one year of similar experience preferred
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to handle cash and electronic transactions accurately
  • dependable and detail-oriented
  • able to follow company procedures and safety regulations
  • military experience a plus

Job Duties

  • Approach and greet customers in a friendly professional manner
  • use respectful communication to assist guests with questions problems and concerns
  • relay customer concerns or information to shift lead or Operations Manager
  • provide quick and responsive excellent customer service
  • follow all company procedures and safety regulations
  • issue and collect visitor parking tickets
  • match visitor ticket to parking rate schedule and collect proper payment
  • distribute correct change
  • complete lost ticket forms when original tickets are missing
  • reconcile receipts cash and charges accurately
  • perform revenue drops following location procedures
  • maintain a clean orderly and safe work area
  • answer telephone promptly and courteously
  • report accidents incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
  • communicate professionally with guests clients and team members
