Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- demonstrated ability to provide direction and follow and enforce safety rules in a proactive and positive manner
- demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and independently in a fast-paced environment
- ability to communicate positively and clearly with guests and coworkers
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including mostly evenings, weekends, and holidays
- valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile and welcoming attitude
- direct pedestrians on where to walk from the parking lots to the ballpark
- answer questions related to parking, directions, stadium entry policies, and other common questions
- drive golf carts to shuttle guests and employees to and from the parking lots
- occasionally shuttle media staff to and from the ballpark
- drive shuttle vans to and from employee parking lot for A's games only
- set up and operate bike valet service for guests and employees ensuring all bicycles are secure and attended to
- perform other related duties as assigned
