Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends and some holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs and reach with hands and arms regularly
- Ability to occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Capability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in all types of outdoor weather conditions
- Ability to work in a noisy stadium environment
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous customer experience preferred
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to adhere to company’s customer service standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests and co-workers in the English language
- Ability to operate Apple technology products including iPhone and iPad tablet
- Ability to collect cash and give appropriate change when necessary
- Capable of following job guidelines and supervisors' instructions
Job Duties
- Welcome and greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner
- Partner with all team members to provide the best guest experience
- Provide quick and pleasant assistance supporting guests at entry and exit lanes
- Direct guests where to park
- Issue parking tickets to customers, recording the required information on each ticket
- Collect payment either through cash, credit card or voucher, always securing cash according to the company’s standard operating procedures
- Keep all parking lot areas neat and clean
- Assist and educate guests on Constellation Field’s policies and procedures
- Provide the company’s standards of service with each guest interaction
