Job Description
Big Bear Mountain Resort is a premier year-round outdoor recreation destination located in the San Bernardino National Forest in Southern California. Job Requirements
- Ability to read, understand, and comply with safety rules and procedure manuals
- Capacity to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Able to work flexible schedules, including second and third shifts
- Successful completion of a background investigation
- Ability to perform essential job functions, with or without accommodation
- Calm and collected demeanor during challenging operations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in parking or traffic control preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance
- Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather
- Capability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Ensure safe and efficient parking of vehicles
- Control traffic flow within resort parking areas
- Communicate calmly and effectively with guests and staff
- Monitor parking lots for safety compliance
- Adapt to varied weather conditions while performing duties
- Work flexible schedules including second and third shifts
- Follow safety rules and procedures to maintain a secure environment
