Job Requirements
- Valid state driver’s license
- Driving record with 4 points or less
- Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle preferred
- No degree or diploma required
- Completion of basic driving safety competency training within 90 days
- Two years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred

Job Duties
- Greet all customers boarding the shuttle providing friendly professional service
- Safely drive customers to their destination respecting all traffic laws and customer comfort
- Complete all documentation including log sheets vehicle check list accident reporting mileage tracking and defect tracking reporting maintenance concerns and any damage or accidents before shift end
- Use appropriate techniques to assist customers with mobility issues including wheelchair lift and tie-downs
- Keep shuttles clean and follow all driver expectations including wait times and shuttle stops
- Cover as needed in other parking functions such as office shuttle booth or maintenance
- Greet customers proactively as valet attendant discover their needs assist customers finding their way to destinations assist out of vehicle if necessary safely park and return vehicles record vehicle damages track vehicles with valet lot sheets and claim tickets maintain clean and clear valet entry areas monitor and enforce smoking policies record and track financial transactions including vouchers payments and refunds
- Greet customers proactively as valet greeter assist customers finding their way assist out of vehicle if necessary keep valet entry areas clear and clean monitor and enforce smoking policies cover other parking functions as needed
