Job Requirements

- Excellent verbal, math, and interpersonal communication skills are required

Job Duties
- Serves as attendant in parking areas
- Enforces parking regulations
- Operates control gate devices
- Makes periodic inspections of parking areas
- Collects parking fees and accounts for money
- Removes trash and debris from parking areas
- Clears parking areas of snow and ice
- Operates shuttle bus when required
- Moves cars obstructing parking operations
- Places and removes barricades to control traffic
- Answers routine questions
- Gives directions
