Job Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Must possess a valid CA driver license
- Ability to sit and/or stand at a designated station for extended periods
- Ability to walk, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, kneel, crouch, twist, push, and pull items during working hours
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs to position or remove barricades
- Ability to notice and address cleanliness issues and safety hazards
- Effective time management skills
- Must be punctual, thorough, and have a great work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to speak fluent English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or parking management is a plus
- Basic knowledge of safety and operational procedures in parking facilities
Job Duties
- Assist customers with pay stations and prepaid tickets
- Collect parking fees for cash and credit card customers at the exit
- Occasionally direct traffic and provide valet service when required
- Walk and stand for extended periods
- Speak fluent English and Spanish to assist customers courteously
- Work independently and follow schedules and checklists
- Identify and report safety hazards in the facility
