Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work in outdoor environments regardless of weather
ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, climbing stairs, and lifting over 30 pounds
strong verbal communication skills
availability to work event-based shifts
willingness to follow safety protocols and guidelines
customer-focused mindset

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a team and independently
physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift 30 lbs or more
previous experience in parking or crowd management preferred
knowledge of health and safety guidelines
customer service orientation

Job Duties

Safely direct the fans who have purchased premium parking within the main lot of Old National Centre to park in the appropriate space in their designated area
answer questions the guests might have upon venue entry
set up and tear down barricades, cones and parking signs
help in cleaning the lots before break and after the cars have exited
demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork and ability to work independently on assigned tasks
use strong interpersonal and verbal skills as the department is the first to welcome guests to the venue
follow all state and local health guidelines as directed by the CDC
