Job Requirements

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer
  • Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
  • Available mornings, evenings, weekends
  • High school degree preferred but not required

  • Customer service experience of 1 year or more is a plus

Job Duties

  • Direct patrons to appropriate parking areas in garages and surface lots
  • Issue tickets and accurately record required transaction information
  • Process exception transactions such as lost tickets, grace periods according to company policy
  • Monitor and enforce permit-only parking areas
  • Complete daily shift reports including tracking vehicle counts, transactions, validations, and lot activity
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional appearance
  • Assist customers experiencing difficulty with keycard access, gate entry/exit, or lot-related concerns
  • Troubleshoot minor gate or access control issues and report larger malfunctions
  • Maintain cleanliness of garages and parking lots including picking up trash, sweeping entranceways, and emptying trash receptacles
  • Perform routine inspections of all entrances, exits, and parking areas
  • Complete minor cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned
  • Support additional tasks or special projects as directed by management
