- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer
- Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
- Available mornings, evenings, weekends
- High school degree preferred but not required

- Customer service experience of 1 year or more is a plus
Job Duties
- Direct patrons to appropriate parking areas in garages and surface lots
- Issue tickets and accurately record required transaction information
- Process exception transactions such as lost tickets, grace periods according to company policy
- Monitor and enforce permit-only parking areas
- Complete daily shift reports including tracking vehicle counts, transactions, validations, and lot activity
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional appearance
- Assist customers experiencing difficulty with keycard access, gate entry/exit, or lot-related concerns
- Troubleshoot minor gate or access control issues and report larger malfunctions
- Maintain cleanliness of garages and parking lots including picking up trash, sweeping entranceways, and emptying trash receptacles
- Perform routine inspections of all entrances, exits, and parking areas
- Complete minor cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned
- Support additional tasks or special projects as directed by management
