Job Requirements
- You are at least 18 years old
- High school degree preferred but not required
- Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer
- Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
- Available mornings, evenings, overnight

- Availability for morning, evening, and overnight shifts
- Customer service experience of one year or more preferred
Job Duties
- Direct patrons where to park
- Issue tickets to customers and record required information
- Process exception transactions such as lost tickets and grace period tickets according to company policy
- Complete daily shift paperwork including transaction counts and vehicle logs
- Provide customer service by maintaining uniform standards, greeting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking customers upon exit
- Perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned by local management
- Participate in special projects as directed by location management
