Job Requirements

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • High school degree preferred but not required
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer
  • Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
  • Available mornings, evenings, overnight

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school degree preferred but not required
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional manner
  • Availability for morning, evening, and overnight shifts
  • Customer service experience of one year or more preferred

Job Duties

  • Direct patrons where to park
  • Issue tickets to customers and record required information
  • Process exception transactions such as lost tickets and grace period tickets according to company policy
  • Complete daily shift paperwork including transaction counts and vehicle logs
  • Provide customer service by maintaining uniform standards, greeting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking customers upon exit
  • Perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned by local management
  • Participate in special projects as directed by location management
