Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and customers
  • Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
  • Available mornings, evenings, overnight
  • High school degree preferred but not required

  • Available to work mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts

Job Duties

  • Direct patrons where to park
  • Issue tickets to customers, recording the required information on each ticket
  • Process exception transactions such as lost tickets and grace period tickets according to company policy, including completing necessary forms
  • Complete daily shift paperwork by recording transactions, vehicle movements, contract parkers, validated and exception tickets
  • Provide company standards of service including uniform appearance, greetings, answering questions, resolving customer issues, and thanking customers upon exit
  • Perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested by local management
  • Participate in special projects as assigned by location management
