Job Requirements

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • High school degree preferred but not required
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer
  • Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
  • Available mornings, evenings, overnight

Job Qualifications

  • High school degree preferred but not required
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with employees and customers
  • Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
  • Availability for morning, evening, and overnight shifts
  • Customer service experience of one year or more preferred

Job Duties

  • Direct patrons where to park
  • Issue tickets to customers, recording required information on each ticket
  • Process exception transactions such as lost tickets and grace period tickets according to company policy, completing applicable forms
  • Complete daily shift paperwork including recording number of transactions by parking rate, vehicle counts in and out, contract parkers, vehicles left on site, validated tickets, and exception tickets
  • Provide company standards of service with each customer, maintaining uniform appearance, stating company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking customers upon exit
  • Perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested by local management
  • Undertake other special projects as assigned by location management
