Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
  • physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle tools or controls, reach with hands or arms, talk, hear, and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds
  • must be available Monday to Friday from 8am to 2pm

Job Qualifications

  • High school degree preferred but not required
  • ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers and employees
  • available mornings
  • customer service experience of one year or more preferred

Job Duties

  • Direct patrons where to park
  • issue tickets to customers, recording the required information on each ticket
  • process exception transactions including lost tickets and grace period tickets according to company policy
  • complete daily shift paperwork by recording the number of transactions by parking rate, number of vehicles in and out, contract parkers, vehicles left, validated tickets, and exception tickets
  • provide the company's standards of service including maintaining uniform appearance, stating company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues, thanking customers upon exit
  • perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks based on company checklists
  • complete other special projects as assigned by location management
