Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school degree preferred but not required
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to provide customer resolution professionally and friendly
  • Available mornings

  • Customer service experience of 1 year or more preferred

Job Duties

  • Direct patrons where to park
  • Issue tickets to customers, recording the required information on each ticket
  • Process exception transactions according to company policy including completing the applicable form
  • Complete the daily shift paperwork by recording the number of transactions by parking rate and other metrics
  • Provide the company's standards of service with each customer including maintaining uniform appearance, greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking customers
  • Perform small cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned
  • Undertake other special projects as assigned by location management
