Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and customers
  • ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
  • available mornings, evenings, overnight
  • high school degree preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

  • customer service experience of one year or more preferred

Job Duties

  • Direct patrons where to park
  • issue tickets to customers, recording required information on each ticket
  • process exception transactions according to company policy
  • complete daily shift paperwork recording transaction details
  • provide customer service including uniform appearance and greetings
  • complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned
  • participate in special projects assigned by management
