Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent customer service skills
  • cash handling experience
  • ability to maintain a professional demeanor
  • ability to enforce rules tactfully
  • ability to pass pre-employment physical
  • successful completion of background check
  • availability as an on-call intermittent employee
  • willingness to provide driving record if requested

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service preferred
  • basic math skills for handling money
  • ability to communicate clearly and courteously
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • familiarity with parking operations is a plus
  • valid driver's license is preferred

Job Duties

  • provide information about parking, events, and facilities
  • sell parking and make change accurately and quickly
  • prepare and submit bank deposit paperwork
  • greet patrons in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • enforce facility rules and regulations
  • prepare facility for daily operation by setting appropriate signage
  • check facility for vandalism and pick up trash
