Job Requirements

  • No degree or diploma required
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Driving record with 4 points or less
  • Ability to drive standard transmission vehicle
  • Two years of customer service experience
  • Must be available to work day shifts
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including assisting customers
  • Compliance with OhioHealth policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience
  • Ability to drive standard transmission (manual) vehicles
  • Valid driver's license from the Department of Motor Vehicles
  • Clean driving record with 4 points or less
  • Demonstrated ability to provide professional and courteous customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service while boarding shuttle
  • Safely drive customers to their destinations following traffic laws
  • Complete all necessary documentation including log sheets, vehicle checklists, and accident reports
  • Assist customers with mobility issues using appropriate techniques and equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational conditions of shuttle vehicles
  • Proactively greet and assist customers in valet services including vehicle parking and return
  • Track vehicles with valet lot sheets and claim tickets accurately
  • Manage financial transactions related to valet services including receiving payments and refunding
  • Monitor valet areas for compliance with non-smoking rules and maintain cleanliness
  • Cover other parking functions as needed including office, booth, or maintenance support
