Job Requirements

  • No degree or diploma required
  • valid driver's license from Department of Motor Vehicles
  • clean driving record with 4 points or less
  • ability to drive standard transmission vehicle
  • availability to work daytime shifts
  • customer service experience preferred
  • ability to handle physical tasks related to valet duties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • valid state driver’s license
  • clean driving record with 4 points or less
  • ability to drive standard transmission vehicle
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to assist customers with mobility issues
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Greet all customers boarding the shuttle and provide friendly professional service
  • safely drive customers to their destination following all traffic laws
  • complete documentation including log sheets vehicle checklists accident reporting mileage and defect tracking
  • report all maintenance concerns and any damage or accidents before shift end
  • use appropriate techniques to assist customers with mobility issues including wheelchair lift and tie-downs
  • keep shuttles clean and follow all driver expectations
  • cover as needed in other parking functions including office shuttle booth or maintenance
  • greet the customer and proactively assist them with their needs
  • assist customers out of their vehicle as necessary
  • safely park and return customers vehicles after pre-checking for damages
  • record pre-existing damages and track all vehicles with valet lot sheets and claim tickets
  • keep entry and valet areas clear and clean
  • monitor valet areas for smokers and enforce no-smoking policy
  • record and track all financial transactions related to valet services including payments and refunds
