Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience
- At least one year of cashiering experience
- Ability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multi-task and handle high-volume environments
- Strong work ethic with a service-oriented mindset

Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Total, process and collect payments from guests and all parking transactions including point-of-sale system use, handling money, managing a bank, reporting discrepancies, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards, vouchers and credits
- Operate and manage the parking booth area
- Maintain accurate records of parking-related charges and fees such as parking rates, validations, accrued parking time, and vehicles in the hotel's care
- Manage flow of traffic as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
