Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience
- At least one year of cashiering experience
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Service-oriented attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction

Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Total, process and collect payments from guests and all parking transactions including using the point-of-sale system, handling money, managing a bank, reporting discrepancies, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards, vouchers and credits
- Operate and manage the parking booth area
- Maintain accurate records of parking-related charges and fees including parking rates, validations, accrued parking time and vehicles in the hotel's care
- Manage flow of traffic as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
