Job Duties

Greet and assist guests parking in the hotel parking lot
monitor parking lot and assist in directing guests to available spots
monitor safety and security of parking lot and report any issues or concerns to hotel management, security or law enforcement as necessary
collect payment for parking services in compliance with established cash handling and accounting procedures
maintain cleanliness of the parking lot, collecting and disposing of trash and maintaining and cleaning surfaces
count bank at end of shift, complete necessary documentation, resolve any discrepancies, and secure bank in accordance with established policies and procedures
assist guests or refer guests to necessary associates for help with any questions or requests
follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program
practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
perform other duties as requested by management
