Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Education and/or experience to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description
- 2 to 5 years of customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license required upon hire
- MN and WI residents must obtain a valid driver’s license in their state of residence within 60 days of employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a parking attendant or valet preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2 to 5 years of customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to provide professional and friendly customer service
Job Duties
- Provide valet parking and front door guest services for patients, visitors, and guests
- Greet all customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer questions about parking and provide directions
- Assist customers with entering and exiting the hospital entrance
- Move vehicles to appropriate valet parking spots promptly
- Ensure correct documentation on valet tickets
- Deliver vehicles to hospital entrance and verify claim tickets
- Perform other duties as assigned
