Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no formal education required but preferred
- prior experience in customer service or security is a plus
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- physical fitness to perform job duties
- availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- ability to handle outdoor weather conditions
- punctuality and reliability

Job Duties
- Smile, greet and make eye contact with guests
- answer incoming motorists' questions and direct questions appropriately
- assist guests requiring help crossing the street
- assist in setting up parking lots for events with barricades, cones, and gates
- assist motorists in finding parking spaces and directing traffic
- work in inclement weather
- keep count of vehicles and hold spaces for reservations and VIP guests
- maintain security in the lot and watch for suspicious activity reporting such
- notify parking supervisor of any problems
- check for parking space availability
- work weekends, holidays, and all shifts
