Job Duties
- Drive, park, and return vehicles of patients or visitors according to department parking and valet procedures
- Notify security and/or supervisor of unauthorized vehicles, all accidents and/or suspicious activities within the parking lots and garages
- Provide parking directions to motorists and partner with Security personnel in directing traffic at assigned location
- Provide assistance to customers’ experiences and problems with equipment by responding to the customer’s location and troubleshooting equipment issues
- Notify supervisor or charge in the event that they are not able to solve the basic equipment issues
- May be assigned duties of the Parking Attendant 2 as needed
