Job Requirements

  • ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
  • willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays
  • ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • dependable
  • valid driver’s license
  • completion of Act 31 Mandated Reporter Training within 90 days of hire or transfer
  • compliance with Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting and renewals
  • compliance with Act 33, Act 34, and Act 73 FBI clearance with renewals

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
  • dependable and enthusiastic
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • greet patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism upon arrival and departure
  • operate vehicles entrusted to valet services safely and responsibly at all times
  • assist with traffic flow and parking management in designated valet and garage areas
  • follow departmental procedures for radio communication, key storage, and vehicle tagging
  • respond quickly to valet calls and supervisor directions, maintaining urgency during peak hours
  • inspect vehicles for any damage and immediately report issues to the parking supervisor
  • maintain an organized log sheet and ensure accuracy in all valet-related documentation
  • demonstrate respect, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude in all customer and team interactions
