Job Requirements

ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays
ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
dependable
valid driver’s license
completion of Act 31 Mandated Reporter Training within 90 days of hire or transfer
compliance with Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting and renewals
compliance with Act 33, Act 34, and Act 73 FBI clearance with renewals

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
strong communication and customer service skills
ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
dependable and enthusiastic
valid driver’s license

Job Duties

greet patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism upon arrival and departure
operate vehicles entrusted to valet services safely and responsibly at all times
assist with traffic flow and parking management in designated valet and garage areas
follow departmental procedures for radio communication, key storage, and vehicle tagging
respond quickly to valet calls and supervisor directions, maintaining urgency during peak hours
inspect vehicles for any damage and immediately report issues to the parking supervisor
maintain an organized log sheet and ensure accuracy in all valet-related documentation
demonstrate respect, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude in all customer and team interactions
